how to backup or export contacts on outlook, gmail and yahoo mail

When I shake my memory the seen of past begin to move around my eyes. Beside of Land line Receiver a small diary was laying down in which all contact numbers were saved. Whenever we used phone, at first found out contact number. But, now time of computer and Internet, Facebook and mails. So I am not needed of storing phone numbers and contact list in diaries or booklets. Even I can back up of export contacts on outlook.com, Gmail and yahoo. Now But how? Sorry, Here I want to share that in forthcoming days I will talk on to Convert Gmail in Outlook.com and import Contacts. Now See below to complete the aim:

Click on the down pointing arrow button. It brings four icons – Mail, People, calendar and Skydrive.

Then click on People icon and your webpage turn into people application.
From top side panel click on the Manage button and select Export option from drop down lists. It will store your contacts in CSV format automatically.

Export Gmail account Contacts

Login your Gmail account firstly.
Go to your mouse cursor over Gmail icon in left top panel and click on it.
Choose Contacts option from drop down panel.

Once Contacts pages load before you click on the More icon button and choose Export option from drop down lists.

A new webpage will appear on top panel. Choose the group of contacts like All contacts, The Group which you wish to take backup.
Now select the format of backup contacts files to store. Finally click on the Export button.

Export yahoo mail account Contacts

Login Yahoo mail account, shift your mouse cursor to the Contacts tab.
Then click on Actions option and choose Export All menu from drop down panel.

Now you get next page along with multiple options. Select the essential export format such as Zip, vCard, CSV or more. At last click on the Export Now button.

Remarks-

You should choose CSV format to export mail contacts of Gmail and yahoo mail. CSV format helps you to easy open and view in MS Excel software quickly.
