Microsoft rolled out KB4490481 for Windows 10 1809 in the RP-Ring. After getting this cumulative update, the version number increases to Windows 10 17763.402. There is no release note published for this patch till now. One can assume, however, that the bugs of KB4489899 have been fixed here.
