Windows 10 1903 has received KB4512941, which fixes the Visual Basic problem (VB6), (VBA), moreover (VBScript). This cumulative update increases the version number to 18362.325.
This is a non-security and cumulative update in the RP-Ring, which also have fixes for other issues. This patch will also resolve Windows Sandbox issue to bring back it to working again. The installation in the home version works well to install and use Windows 10 Home Windows Sandbox.

Known issues
- Anyone who has not changed the search settings will not encounter Visual Basic problem error. The search (Cortana) can lead to high CPU load. This can occur when you make a change to Cortana. So you should undo this modification. As per a comment, the load will settle after some time, when the search index has gone through. Furthermore, a conversion of the region from German to German (Austria) helps. A workaround: This Regkey can help you to fix the error.
