From Microsoft update catalog .cab installer –

  1. Visit this website.
  2. Select the correct file that supports your system specifications and Windows 2004 version. Click on Download and then on .cab link on the pop up.
  3. Once downloaded, extract setupprep.exe file. Double click on the extracted file and follow the onscreen instructions till the end.
