Windows 10 version 1909 has got an out-of-band update today on 11/02/2021 to address a WiFi bug. KB5001028 is the cumulative update and it addresses an issue with WiFi connections that affect WPA3 (Wi-Fi Protected Access 3). The out of band release increases the version number to 18363.1379.
This was a known issue that could happen after installing or KB4601315 or KB4598298.

Make sure of having the latest servicing stack update KB4601395 integrated before installing the patch.
1. Through automatic update
- Click the taskbar Search.
- Typee – updates.
- Hit – Enter.
- Let the downloading complete and reboot the system.
2. From Microsoft update catalog
Click the KB5001028 download link – Microsoft update catalog.
Find the file relevant to your system (x64, x86, ARM64) and click – Download.
Double click the downloaded .msu file and select – Open.
