Windows 10 Build 19013.1102 is just now rolled out with a small update to Fast ring insiders. The update includes bug fix for Remote Desktop issues encountered on the 19013.1000. You might have remembered that Microsoft pushed KB4528332 without having any fixes and improvements. This minor update will address Remote Desktop where DWM that would start crashing. In this scenario, the session window would either completely go black, experience black flashes, or sign out of the remote desktop session altogether.
The update of Windows 10 Build 19013.1102 will be installed automatically. Still, you haven’t received the same then go to Settings => Update & Security => Windows update and then click on Check for updates.
