Method-1: Install Update manually

2. Type notepad.
3. When the search result comes into view, hit Enter.
4. Copy the following commands and paste them into the notepad –

net start wuauserv

5. Click File from the menu bar and select Save As.
6. Choose a preferred location to save the file and enter a name for the item such as ResetUpdateComponents.bat.
7. In the Save as type field, select All Files from the dropdown menu.
8. Click Save.
9. Go to the location where you save the batch script file.
10. Right-click on it and select Run as administrator.
11. A Command Prompt window will open and run the commands automatically.
12. Wait for the process to complete.
13. Once the process is finished, close the Command Prompt window.
14. Retry to run the Windows update.

Method-5: Disable antivirus program
