4. If User Account Control appears, select – Yes.

7. Go to the following location on the Registry Editor –

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Setup\OOBE

8. Right-click on the right pane.
9. Select – New > DWORD (32-bit) Value.
10. Name this value – SetupDisplayedEula.
11. Double-click on the value.
12. Enter Value data 1.

13. Now close the Registry Editor and click on Retry from the out-of-box experience screen.
14. Select the correct options and set up the Windows for you.

Way-4: Bonus Registry modification to fix OOBEEULA

This is a recommended solution to OOBEEULA Something went wrong but you can try again that may occur in Windows 11 or 10. So follow the steps –

1. Open Registry Editor direct from the OOBE screen using the first 5 steps in Way-3.
2. Navigate to the location –

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Setup\OOBE

3. Right-click on the right side of the screen and choose New followed by DWORD (32-bit) Value.
4. Provide a name to this value –UnattendCreatedUser
5. Double click on it to edit its value.
6. In the Value data field, type 1 and click on OK.

Way-5: Reload OOBE again

If the OOBE screen does not work because of corruption or network fluctuations, reloading the tool again may troubleshoot the issue. Here is the way –

1. Press – f10 +Shift.
2. When the command prompt appears, type

%windir%\System32\Sysprep\sysprep.exe /oobe /reboot

3. Hit the – Enter
4. The machine will restart and load the Out-of-box-experience screen.
5. Start selecting the options for Region, Language, Keyboard language, Windows hello, and other.

Way-6: Take the help of a temporary account

Because when in the OOBE phase, Windows 10 or Windows 11 has no account therefore it moves forward with the selection of region and falls into the glitch. 1. Press – Shift+F10.
2. Copy the following command and replace and newuserpassword and newusername as per your choice.

net user administrator /active:yes
net user /add newusername newuserpassword
net localgroup administrators newusername /add
cd %windir%\system32\oobe
msoobe.exe

3. Then paste that into the command prompt.
4. Hit – Enter.
5. Allow the command to complete the work as it may take 15-20 minutes.
6. In case, it stops working then force shut down the PC.
7. Turn on the device.
8. It should show you the login screen now.
9. Sign in using the newuserpassword and newusername you have changed above.
10. Once booted to desktop, press Winkey+R.
11. Type – lusrmgr.msc.
12. Press – Enter.
13. Click on Users folder.
14. Right-click on the – Administrators.
15. Select – Properties.
16. A wizard appears, check – Account is Disabled.
17. Click Apply and OK.

18. Now right click on – Defaultuser0.
19. Select – Delete.
20. Next, press Windows + I keys.
21. Select – Accounts.
22. Go to – Your info.
23. Click on – Sign in with Microsoft account instead.
24. Follow the instruction there to complete the creation of the account.
