Right to Information, well spells as RTI, is an act to empower common people of India to ask questions from responsible public authority. As the Government of India thinks that every Indian has equal rights to know about functioning of Govt. machinery, so the act of RTI was introduced in public domain in 2005. Number of query and complaints has been rising after implementation of this RTI Act.
Issue pinching common people like Corruption cases, Delaying in Public Distribution System, Road Repairs, Details of pending public work etc have been raised in appropriate front by the help of RTI act.
How to file RTI Online / Application Form under RTI Act?
As trends show more manual applying, in concerned Govt. Department either it State or Central, are used under this act. One or more officers have been appointed as Public Information Officers (PIO) as nodal officer to implement RTI Act in each of Govt. department. The Public Information Officers are made responsible for receiving applications from people and providing information as per query. Any person looking to obtain information should apply on Prescribed form to Concerned PIO. Along with each application DD or IPO or Treasury Challan of Rs. 10/- should be attached.
Suppose anyone asking information under RTI Act could not obtain in set timing then what should he or she do? RTI Act has made provisions in this regard if anyone quashed from obtaining information within 30 days in normal cases may register their complaint at higher designated PIO in the concerned department. Apart of manual applying under RTI Act, State Govt. of Bihar has been recommended certain provisions for accepting Online applications. Any persons residing in any locality of Bihar may make a telephonic call on 155311 and register their queries under RTI. Questions registered by men are sent to concerned Public Information Officer through E-mail or Post. Right now, facility of Calling at above number upgraded with Online applying. Plz help what to do and how to get information.

Dear Sir, I have submitted my application at http://www.biharonline.gov.in/RTI/Common/Form.aspx on 26th april 2013.
When ever i check my application with the help of application no,then,my application no status shows Replied. after that i click at application no hyperlink, a new page is opened. in this page, at reply remark shows “wanted information attached”. What is the meaning of wanted information attached ? When will i get information ?
i was trying to register my account on rti but from more than half an hour i was filling up the right information,i entered my email id correct but it was showing that it was not correct email id even other information too not valid telling your site and because of this i cant register my account there. take strong action against those who has made such a homepage or process for registration.
JANKARI- web page is only for the bihar people if anyone from outside bihar wants to apply online that option is not available.
If anyone is aware about the online process of applying outside bihar plz help me.
Firstly, you will have to lodge a complaint by filing RTI. In this case the clerk will be compelled to reply under 30 days.
sir i have applied BandoBasti for allotment of govt waste land under siswan block in gayspur panchayat. Head clerk of Siswan Block does not give me right reply of my letter. he is telling i am looking for your application while i have submitted my application in april 2011. several times i have approached to this siswan block but i am not getting right direction for working. i have applied for waste land which is given to serving soldier.
