Active development branch of Windows insider has released a new update carrying a solitary known issue. This is KB4601937 that doesn’t include anything new and is designed to test servicing pipeline. The cumulative update increases the build to Windows 10 21292.1010.
You know that a few days, on Thursday, back Windows 10 Build 21292 was rolled out to insiders. Going forward you are able to install the CU if you have chosen the Dev channel.

As said, the build involves only a single known issue in addition to testing servicing pipeline the known issue is as follow –
After installing Build 21292.1010 (KB4601937), x64 emulation on ARM PCs will not work. There is an issue with the way the update is installed that breaks this functionality. As a workaround, you can uninstall KB4601937 to get x64 emulation working again on your ARM PC.
