A cumulative update preview is rolling out! Windows 10 21H1, 2004, and 20H2 have received an update on 21st June 2021 for .Net Framework 3.5 and 4.8. KB5003537 is the release that has come out as a part of regular maintenance exercise. This is also available for Windows Server, version 2004, and Windows Server, version 20H2.
You can install the rollout both ways either through automatic method or taking directly from the Microsoft update catalog.

- Once scanning and downloading are completed, select – Restart now.
2. Through update catalog
