Windows 11 insider is getting a small patch to test servicing pipeline. KB5007484 is the cumulative update rolling out to Rs_Prerelease Dev channel build. The release will increase the version to Windows 11 Build 22483.1011.
Full name of this update is Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.22483.1011 (rs_prerelease). This update does not propose any changes or fixes but it will test the servicing pipeline for builds in the Dev Channel. Similar to the previous week (KB5007328), this release will again check the update function of the Dev channel.

PS: By the way, Microsoft has removed wmic (WMI command-line) in this build. The company previously alluded to it as outdated and has now disposed of. If you have worked with it switch to PowerShell and the WMI and CIM cmdlets.
