The Active Development branch has rolled out a new update to the insiders. This is Update Stack Package 1101.2211.1011.1 to offer improvements to the update experience prior to the PC taking a monthly or Feature release. The rollout will help ensure that your PC has the highest likelihood of successfully installing new updates with the best and least disruptive experience available.
Update Stack Packages are pushed to Insiders through auto Windows Update in the similar way builds and LCU are. If you have opted for Dev channel then navigate to Settings => Windows Update and check for updates to receive this package.
