I am afraid but I have to tell that your employees in SBI DaryaGanj,Delhi are very rude and callus in their dealing with this senior citizen. 1.Yesterday when I went to lodge an SBI Cheque in my home loan account 10307588193 the fellow yelled at me since they close public dealing at 4 pm ( instead of 5pm) for their own convenience. He wanted me to wait for 10 minutes and sit in the far end of bank- a sort of punishment he had awarded but other fellow Mr Sexana kept the cheques,

Other issue about internet banking has failed as dealing person Amit failed to enter my home loan Ac no in which the funds are to be transferred from my saving bank ac no 30058249638 and it has been over a month I am internet banking. instead of helping they blame me for lack of knowledge and expect me to buring my data card which I don't have. This increases a burdon on them and hence my standard way of referring ' INDIAN WAY OF LOOKING AT THINGS.
