This is KB5031463 carrying Windows 11 Build 22635.2419 with some bug fixes and Copilot for everyone in this channel. The update includes fixes for explorer.exe crash, delay in the sign-in process, and iCloud Calendar and Contacts synchronization. Windows Ink Improvements
The recently kicked-off Windows Ink feature (part of 22631.2271 Build), which enables users to ink directly onto edit fields, was temporarily deactivated in the Beta Channel to accommodate further bug fixes. Now the team is again enabling this feature with an update that contains a number of fixes. Once more, the experience supports English (U.S.) only and can be handled through “Settings => Bluetooth and devices => Pen & Windows Ink” under Shell Handwriting.

Copilot in Windows
- Taskbar will include a new icon of Copilot.
Fixes for everyone in the Beta Channel
- Resolved a problem experienced by Insiders in the previous flight where explorer.exe would crash when attempting to open File Explorer by selecting “Open File Location” in an application.
- This rollout resolves a delay in the sign-in process that occurs when a tablet pen is connected to your device.

For Insiders in the RP and Beta Channels using version 22309.xxxx.x or newer of the Microsoft Store, the following enhancement will be gradually deployed:
Redesigned Windows License Pages: We’ve enhanced the appearance and user interface of Windows license pages in the Microsoft Store to align with the aesthetics of Windows 11. These pages now offer clear comparison tables between different Windows editions, simplifying the process of selecting the most suitable license for you.

Before starting installation, make sure that you have turned on “Get the latest update as soon as they’re available” located under Settings > Windows Update.
- Now, click on Start and select Settings cog.
- Select “Windows Update” from the left side panel.
