This is Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 23560.1000 ni_prerelease which has also some known issues. Copilot in Windows
- The introduction of Copilot functionality in Windows now allows users to utilize ALT + TAB. When you press the ALT + TAB shortcut, you’ll now see a thumbnail preview for Copilot alongside other open windows. You can switch between them by pressing the Tab key.
Bug Fixes

- Fixed a bug in which the search box failed to display the correct folder name when navigating in Gallery.
- Fixed an issue where the search box wasn’t showing the correct folder name when you were in Gallery.
Taskbar
- Resolved an explorer.exe crash that was affecting the stability of the taskbar.
Narrator
- Corrected a problem where non-U.S. English languages were unable to preview Narrator natural voices in the Settings.
- Fixed a problem where Narrator was not correctly vocalizing the time stamps on recommended items in the Start menu.
Task Manager
- Implement optimization to enhance the performance when expanding the navigation pane in Task Manager.
It’s worth mentioning that certain repairs mentioned in Insider Preview builds from the Dev Channel might find their place in the maintenance updates for the official release of Windows 11.

Start menu
- Certain applications listed under All apps section in the Start menu, including PWA apps installed through Edge browser, may be wrongly identified as system components.
Copilot in Windows
- [NEW] Certain Windows Insiders in the Dev Channel, utilizing the Home might observe that Copilot in Windows is no longer visible on the taskbar. Rest assured, the team is actively addressing this issue and it will be rectified in an upcoming flight.
- The present Build 23560.1000 does not display the new Copilot icon. Nevertheless, an update including the icon is planned for an upcoming flight. Stay tuned for further developments! Keep an eye out for it!
