Windows 10 20H2 and 21H1 are getting Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3030.0 in the Beta Channel. The update is rolling out to all insiders.
This release is the opening package of this kind of update for these versions which includes improvements and features.

This package is improving the reliability of the handwriting input panel.
You will obtain Windows Feature Experience Pack updates through Windows Update similar to builds and LCU. If you’re an Insider member and have chosen Beta Channel then navigate to Settings => Update & Security => Windows Update. Select the “Check for updates” to install this Windows Feature Experience Pack update. You will require to reboot to enable the aforesaid changes and can check the version by going to Settings => System => About.
Company is testing this new process out with Insiders to roll out the upcoming feature improvements to customers outside of major Windows 10 feature updates. Via this pack, they are starting out with a really scoped collection of features and improvements. Further, they are hopeful to extend the scope and the frequency of releases in the future. Following the Windows update mechanism, Windows Feature Experience Pack updates will be wrapped up in the existing servicing process for Windows 10. This way the packs will be delivered to customers via Windows Update.
