The Terminal is being distributed in 2 versions one for Windows 11 and the other for Windows 10 and 11. Now Microsoft has updated the Stable version of the Windows terminal to 1.12.10908.0 and 1.12.10907.0 respectively for the said Windows versions.
The changelogs of these versions are not yet available but bot thew releases have made their presence in Microsoft store. You can go to the app and install the update. Furthermore, Adguard shows that this new version is currently available to the insiders in the dev channel. (Can still change).

This might be in your memory that Power user menu with the Windows PowerShell (admin) entry was also addressed in the “Issues” on GitHub. The issue is as it is and has not received a resolution. You can try it out.
