Windows 11 Release Preview and Beta channels have received a very important update particularly to fix Snipping tool and a few other built-in apps that were not opening. KB5008295 is the release that also fixed Start menu and Settings app problems in the S-mode version.
The rollout will update the Microsoft digital certificates for the apps that are not opening for Windows 10 Insiders. This will not revise the build number when you check through Winver run command.
