In older Windows versions, there were two settings for Bluetooth, “Bluetooth” and “Connected Devices”. Windows 10 update, it combined them together and renamed into “Bluetooth & other Devices”. Also, there are separate pages for Mouse and Touchpad.
You need to go to Settings> Devices> Bluetooth and Other Devices to change the settings for Mouse Keyboard and Pen, Audio and Other Devices.
